Cancellations + Late Arrivals
Holistic Salon requires a credit card number to secure all appointments. We understand circumstances may arise that can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment within a 48-hour notice. If a cancellation request is not made within the 48 hour period, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your scheduled services. No-Show and day of cancellation appointments will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
Extensive color services require a 50% deposit of the base price of the service booked. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable. In the event there is a no-show or day of cancellation you will be charged the remainder of the service and forfeit your deposit.
Please DO NOT come to the salon if you are sick with the flu, virus, cough, or fever in order to help prevent the spread to our service providers. We ONLY waive snow-day charges if 1. DPS cancels school 2. If the salon closes. If the salon is open (including Saturdays) our polices still stand.
These policies are laid and enforced to protect the income of our employees, please keep that in mind upon scheduling your appointment. Unlike most job fields we do not make a salary and/or get paid if clients cancel or no-show.
In the event the card on file does not process, that charge will be due prior to booking your next appointment.
To ensure all clients have the best experience at Holistic Salon, any appointment arrivals 15 minutes or later from their start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and have to reschedule their appointment for another day.

Silent Appointment
Please don't hesitate to ask for a silent appointment. If you are anxious, tired, mentally drained and just want to avoid conversation to have some quiet time, we understand. Your service is about you, if you want to talk we’re happy to converse. If you’d like the time to decompress, read, or use it to zone out, you can do that too. There will be no judgment...there never is. Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option.

What To Expect
K-18 is included in all color services to ensure you leave with happy, healthy and shiny hair.
The color lines we use consist of Alfaparf Milano and Pulp Riot for vivids. Our color is vegan friendly and free from ammonia, MEA and PPD. In some chases we use Redken Shades EQ which is also vegan and free from PPD. If you have any allergies to product/color please let your Artist know before hand.
If you do not see any availability online, it is because there is no availability.
We always recommend pre-booking your future appointment with your stylist before you leave your appointment so that you get in when you need.
We use and sell Cult+King, Kevin Murphy and Davines hair care. We stand behind the performance of their products and the efforts they are making to improve the planet.
Clean or Dirty Hair?
PLEASE COME IN WITH CLEAN HAIR. Dirty hair disrupts a color service and can greatly impact your color results. An up-charged will be applied if your hair needs to be washed/dried before your color service.
Kids
Children are welcome in the salon ONLY if they have an appointment. Due to extremely sharp objects, color service, hot tools and large prickly plants. The salon is not a safe environment for little ones.
We ask that you do NOT bring your child/children to your appointment with the exception of newborns and nursing moms. All our guests desire and deserve quiet time.
Refunds + Exchanges
PRODUCTS
We have curated our retail to provide our clients with products we trust and believe in. Our Artists carefully select product recommendations for at-home care based on your specific hair length/texture, color services, and lifestyle care routines.
We can not offer refunds for opened products, though we can offer an exchange or salon credit towards future purchases.
If you have any trouble styling your hair at home with our products, please reach out to us at info.holisticsalondenver@gmail.com for additional assistance.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please let us know asap and we can help arrange an exchange for you at your earliest convenience.
SERVICES
For our salon services, we do not issue refunds. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us at info.holisticsalondenver@gmail.com within three days of your service to discuss solutions.
Services Charges
Our prices are set to reflect most-case scenarios for hair. For any services with extra length/texture and/or extensions that require additional time and care for the appointment, your Artist has the discretion to add an additional charge for haircuts/styling/color services.
The pricing will be discussed prior to your services through a complimentary consultation or confirmed before your services on the day of your appointment.
Please note for color services with existing color, or treatments in the hair - the final cost is subject to additional charges if additional services and time are needed to achieve your goals. Your Artist will discuss all color treatments and services prior to starting your service and during the appointment should any changes arise.
Pets
Trust us, we love your pups! With that said, we have a shop dog in our salon most days. We ask that you do NOT bring your furry friend to your appointment with the exception service animals.
Correspondence
If you message any team member through Instagram/personal phone text message, do not expect a reply. All booking is done online, over the salon phone/email during salon hours or an in person consultation. We have set boundaries for our team for a healthy work life balance. Please respect that.
Color/Chemical Service Waiver
Despite our best efforts, your clothing and jewelry could be exposed to chemicals and products during your services. It is our best advice to limit or remove any earrings, and jewelry during your services and to be mindful of your attire that you wear during your services.
We will provide a color robe upon check-in for your appointment.
Holistic Salon is not liable for any lost property, or material damages during your visit.
Social Media/Film Photography
Holistic Salon periodically films video and photography in-salon for use on our social channels and digital media platforms. While we do our best to limit faces and other identifying features of clients, there may be times that it is unavoidable.
If your photo is taken for social media your Artist will ask for a verbal consent.
By being in the salon, you understand that film and photography may take place during your services.
